“Breaking the Shield of Minerva”

The Call to Prayer: “A Time to stand up against the Shield”

The next 10 days Houses of Prayer are asked to pray into this word and share revelation concerning the breaking of this shield as described by Chuck below:

“In the dream I was standing in the middle of a vast land, and in the dream from the heavens there began to form a shield over that particular land. Now this shield began to cover the land, and it looked exactly like a stealth bomber and the shield began to get lower and lower. Well, as the people of that land began to see the shield press down upon them, .fear began to grip them. They began to scatter; they began to go in every direction. The Spirit of God then spoke to me in the dream and He said, “Do not bow your head to that shield.” He said, “I want you to plant your feet, and keep your head high, no matter how much that shield presses down, hold your head erect.” Well, it was a great test in this dream, even because this thing was very noisy as it began to press down lower.

I looked up at the shield, and on this shield there was a word. I had no understanding of this, whatsoever, I didn’t know much about you or anything much about the history of the state, other than the major historical facts.

On the shield, as it pressed down upon me, there was a word that was emblazoned upon it, and the word said, “Minerva.”

It kept going lower and lower and lower. Fear began to grab the land, and the people of the land, and the Lord would not let me move. That shield began to come down so low to take over the land, and to superimpose itself over the entire portion of the land. I planted my feet, kept my head erect, and the shield when it dropped down on my head, broke in two. I didn’t have any idea what that meant, I just knew the dream was from the Lord.

I got over to the prayer meeting. I shared with the prayer meeting. I had the strangest dream last night. I shared that with Cindy Jacobs and Cindy said, “This is the state of California.” That’s the shield of California with Minerva on it.” And the Lord spoke to me and he said, “If I can find a people who will stand with their head erect in that State, the powers and principalities over that State will not be able to subdue the headship of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Now I want to say to you God is mobilizing, he is mobilizing you to take a stand and to plant your feet, and to keep your head erect this hour. He wants the iniquities off of you. He wants any shame off of you. He wants any fear off of you, and He wants your head to be held high. And the powers that are linked with this state will not be able to take this land over.”

Minerva

One thing we must remember is that the fruit of the homosexual agenda is just that, the fruit but there is a root to the tree of the fruit that it’s bearing. Revelation takes us beyond the veil of its disguise. I believe Minerva is closely related to the homosexual agenda in our state and a piece of the reason for pending judgment; however her works encompass much more and as the Lord spoke through the dream we can overcome her mounting pressure to run, we can stand united and develop strategy to overthrow these powers that are trying to push their agendas on our state. I heard the Lord say while in a face to face confrontation with a political spirit of which Minerva’s intertwined he said, “Kings never run and they never bow to those under their authority.” So we won’t run and together we will plant our feet and we will see that shield break in Jesus name. We must not allow this spirit to work in us or through us by choosing to intentionally connect spiritually (not politically) and allow the wisdom of God’s counsel to both guide and shield us unifying our move to action to overthrow her agenda. Don’t forget Minerva is known as the goddess of wisdom and war so she has strategies and forces that are unified on their front as well.

Minerva/Athena known as the Roman goddess of war, wisdom, music and poetry sits (gatekeeping) overlooking the sea/waters (some say the water represents the Sacramento River others say it represents the San Francisco Bay) and overlooks/protects/keeps the “7 mountains “on the state seal. The seal depicts several symbols below as interpreted from Wikepedia: The grizzly bear feeding on grape vines representing California wine production, the gold prospector representing economic power, a sheaf of grain representing agriculture, the waters representing commerce, shipping, commercial greatness, Minerva having sprung full grown from the brain of Zeus being introduced as a type of the political birth of the State of California without having gone through the probation of a Territory, etc.

Prayer Points

Gird up the loins of your mind I Peter 1:13

Chuck’s dream identifies that his battle is one that provokes through intimidation and fear. We know this through personal experience. 2 Timothy 1:7

As we recall David and Goliath his stature was intimidating, his taunting was constant his showing himself caused many Israelites to run

David came to stand. His brothers were jealous and their words could have sent him away with feelings of rejection.

Keep the mind of Christ because this is how this spirit works. Knowing your enemies strategies will keep you from running. We will target our prayers the enemy will target his hits.

It broke unity many fled.

Chuck stood and the impression it wanted to press upon the people/land (shield) broke. Men/fathers stand against the homosexual perversion the enemy wants to label our city and state with. This is not God’s image; we call forth the image of God they were created in. Genesis 1:26-27

Her shield is brass trying to hold back the rain and devour the harvest

Standing is key. Corporate is key shield to shield prayer house to prayer house

Perhaps sharing revelation daily that is being prayed set up a website for it to document daily input and unify through revelation praying.

Don’t let discouraging words about California move you out of your place of standing. Keep standing this is what the enemy is afraid of your stand and your place.

Pray for spiritual leaders that the congregations will be prepared to receive this great harvest.

Pray that others will join in praying/fasting for our state/nation.. Pray that they will hear about it and want to be part.

Light Let their be light.

Arise and shine for the light is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. Isaiah 60:1

Light will deal with proud, religious, political, it has come

We enforce the king’s decree. Let his glory rise upon (from within you) Isaiah 58:7-8

Stand

After having done all to stand, stand therefore with your loins girt about with TRUTH Ephesians 6:10-20

Truth sets the captive free

We wrestle not with flesh and blood.

This will be our finest hour if we faint not for in due season we will reap a harvest.

Joy

Rejoice then ye children of Zion and be glad…… for the former and later rain

Prerequisite be joyful in this stand against the floodtides of evil Decree his word. Agree and declare what the voice of the Lord has spoken over our cities and our state. Gods redemptive gift call it forth and the light will shine on it. Job 22:28-30

The joy of the Lord is our strength. Don’t let the enemy steal the fruit (joy, peace, patience) of the Spirit take it from you. Established in righteousness therefore oppression shall be far from you. Isaiah 54:14 Stay planted and be established.

Fasting focus Isaiah 58:

Our fast focus is to loose the bands of wickedness to let the oppressed go free, and break every yoke Isaiah 58:6-7,9

To fed the hungry with the bread of life.

Cry out for the rain of the harvest. Zechariah 10:1

Repentance.

Clean the windows in your house so you can see out clearly. Psalm51:10

Ask the Lord to grant the gift of repentance to your city leaders, ask the Lord to prepare the way of their hearts. Pray to loose the spirit of adoption so they can cry our Abba Father.

Speak wisely don’t judge according to our mindset let God judge.

Speak truth ask God to uncover lies, perversion, deception, false authority, unforgiveness, broken treaties, broken covenants Psalm 19:7 God’s law is sure.

We’re asking for covenant restoration keep yours strong. Isaiah 54:5, Be on guard. We’re dealing with a covenant breaking spirit in the land.

Become the restorer of the breach, restore of paths to walk in. Isaiah 58:12

Call for righteous boundaries and gates. Isaiah 60:18.

Keep your heart right. God is the righteous judge Isaiah 58:9-10
